Noise has raised US$5.5 million in seed funding to expand its platform connecting brands with smartphone users who create campaign content and are paid based on views. The round was led by Capital Midwest, M25 and Grishin Robotics, with participation from CapitalizeVC and company operators, according to TechCrunch.

The funding brings Noise’s total capital raised to US$7.2 million. The company said the proceeds would be used for product expansion and hiring.

Noise allows brands to submit campaign briefs and budgets, then manages creator recruitment, campaign operations and payments. Users can join campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, with access to higher-paid opportunities potentially increasing through training and completed work.

Noise says 1.5 million creators use its platform, although the figure has not been independently verified. The company was founded in 2025 by Diego Kafie, Stu Feldt and Nic Weber after they worked on mobile gaming app Playbite.

The company has also launched its Organic-to-Ads programme, which allows brands to use creator-made videos in paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok alongside the creators’ organic posts. Noise said brands set campaign rates and creators decide whether to participate.
