Mustard Made has launched a limited-time promotion on its storage lockers, offering a 20 per cent discount on eight colours from its collection. The sale began on 21 May and will run through the end of the month, coinciding with Memorial Day Weekend. According to reporting by WIRED, this represents a rare pricing event for the furniture brand, with the next similar discount not anticipated until Black Friday.

The promotion covers specific colourways including yellow, sage, navy blue, and a medium pink referred to as “berry.” The vibrant poppy colour, which has been noted for its bold aesthetic, is excluded from the discount. The featured product in the current sale cycle is the Midi model, a mid-sized locker that features adjustable shelves and locking doors.

Mustard Made has established a reputation for producing storage solutions that contrast with standard, drab functional furniture. The brand’s lockers are designed to make a visual statement, with staff at WIRED frequently utilising the units in home office setups. Julian Chokkattu, a member of the WIRED Gear team, has previously highlighted the brand’s yellow lockers in his workspace, while colleague Louryn Strampe awarded the brand’s smaller dual-shelf low-down locker a rating of 8 out of 10 in a prior review.

Assembly is a key component of the direct-to-consumer model, with the company advertising a setup time of 30 minutes. Video tutorials for all Mustard Made products are available on YouTube to assist with installation. While the advertised timeframe is short, actual assembly duration may vary depending on the user’s experience and skill level.

The brand typically reserves significant price reductions for major sales periods. With the current 20 per cent discount ending on 31 May, consumers seeking to acquire the lockers at a reduced rate must act within the current window. The next opportunity for a comparable discount is projected to occur during the Black Friday sales period later in the year.
