Marvel Studios has released a final trailer for VisionQuest, its limited series due to premiere on Disney+ on 14 October. The show completes the trilogy begun with WandaVision and continued by Agatha All Along.

The trailer follows Vision, played by Paul Bettany, as he evades capture and questions how much of the original Avenger remains in him. “I have his memories, but not his virtue,” he says.

James Spader returns as Ultron, one of the artificial intelligence personas embedded in Vision’s programming. In the trailer, Ultron appears to use Thomas Shepherd as leverage, demanding Vision free him and calling Thomas his son.

Vision’s relationship with Thomas is not established in the trailer. The series presents the boy as a mystery Vision must investigate while resisting Ultron’s influence.

The trailer is promotional material and does not confirm the full plot. VisionQuest is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on 14 October.
