Lazurite targets first victory in Lingfield all-weather card

Lazurite is set to contest the Advice You Can Trust At gambling.com Fillies' Novice Stakes at Lingfield Park, aiming to secure her first victory after displaying potential in her previous two starts. The all-weather card comprises six races, with coverage provided live on Sky Sports Racing from 2.30pm on Tuesday.
The filly showed promise on debut by splitting Efsixteen and subsequent listed winner Crownbreaker, although she got worked up in her second start. Now returning from a break in calmer waters, Lazurite is viewed as a strong contender to take all the beating in the novice stakes.
Also in the field is Ambience, a Frankel filly purchased for 850,000gns at the Tattersalls December Foals sale. She disappointed in a hot maiden at Newmarket in May but has had four months off, raising questions about whether she has matured sufficiently to improve her performance.
