Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy briefly left the Rebels’ Week 1 game against Louisville after an apparent injury on a run play, according to a report from the Mississippi Clarion Ledger.
Lacy was tackled by multiple Louisville defenders with 5:28 remaining while Ole Miss trailed 3–0. He was helped to the sideline and walked mostly under his own power.
