CIBC Global Asset Management has expanded its exchange-traded fund lineup with three actively managed products launched in collaboration with Avantis Investors.

The Avantis CIBC Balanced Asset Allocation ETF (CAKE), Avantis CIBC Growth Asset Allocation ETF (CAGR) and Avantis CIBC World Equity ETF (CAGX) began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange after the closure of their units offering process, according to a report from Yahoo Finance.

The funds are designed to offer portfolio solutions for different investor risk and return preferences, with active monitoring of underlying holdings rather than strategies that closely track a passive index.

The launch comes as CIBC broadens its presence in a competitive and rapidly expanding asset-allocation ETF market. The growth-focused and world-equity funds may be exposed to market and currency volatility, particularly through international holdings.

CIBC reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of C$8.368 billion, up 15 per cent from a year earlier, while adjusted earnings rose 26 per cent to C$2.73 a share, according to the supplied report. The source package does not provide fees, fund sizes, holdings or performance data for the new ETFs.
