Birdfy’s smart bird feeder is on sale for just $60
The Verge reports on a $60 price drop for the AI-powered device at Amazon

Birdfy’s Feeder Rookie smart bird feeder is available for $59.99 at Amazon, representing a $60 discount on the standard model. The device features a 1080p camera, AI-powered bird identification, and an IP66 weather-resistant rating. Alternative configurations, including a version with permanent AI access and a model with a solar panel, are also on sale.

The standard model includes seven days of access to AI-powered bird identification; after the trial, it identifies birds up to 10 times per day without a subscription. The device features a 1080p camera positioned to the side of the seed bin for a closer view, rather than in the centre. It offers slow-motion video, colour night vision, and notifications via the Birdfy app.

The feeder has an IP66 weather-resistant rating and a built-in battery that lasts up to four months on a charge. It holds up to 1.3 litres of seed. The article also notes deals on Nothing’s Headphone (a) and Fujifilm’s Instax Mini Evo, though these are secondary to the Birdfy event.
