The Buffalo Bills are scheduled to host the New England Patriots in a Week 4 AFC East game at New Highmark Stadium, with kick-off set for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. CBS Sports’ betting preview lists Buffalo as a 6.5-point favourite and the game total at 48.5 points.

The preview describes Buffalo’s offence as productive through three games, while noting defensive concerns. The Bills have scored 65 points across their first two games at their new home, but allowed 47, including 31 in a loss to Houston.

New England’s defence has allowed 17 points per game, according to CBS Sports, while the offence has struggled. Quarterback Drake Maye has thrown one touchdown and six interceptions and been sacked nine times, the preview reports.

The teams split their two meetings last season, with each winning on the road. Buffalo’s listed betting line and game total are a snapshot from the preview and may change.

CBS Sports also reports that its SportsLine model favours Buffalo to cover the spread in 51 per cent of simulations. That projection and the listed odds are betting-preview claims, not assurances of the game’s outcome.
