Bengals rookie Landon Robinson arrives at Week 1 game in full Navy uniform
The Cincinnati defensive tackle returned to the setting of his college career before facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Cincinnati Bengals rookie defensive tackle Landon Robinson arrived at Paycor Stadium before the team’s Week 1 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers wearing a full United States Naval Academy uniform, according to Yahoo Sports.
Robinson spent three seasons at Navy before the Bengals selected him in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL Draft. His reported collegiate totals included 153 tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss, 14.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
He also made an early impression during the Bengals’ pre-season, recording a reported four sacks and 10 pressures. Yahoo Sports said those figures led the NFL entering the regular season.
Robinson’s arrival came as Cincinnati began a season shaped by recent results. The Bengals won six games last season and have missed the playoffs for three consecutive seasons, according to the report.
Late in the fourth quarter, the Bengals were reported to be leading Tampa Bay 33–20. The score was not identified as the final result.
