Barcelona kit designs for 2026/27 season leaked ahead of official release
Reports indicate the Catalan club is preparing a four-kit collection that blends modern colour gradients with tributes to Kobe Bryant and Sant Jordi, though final production versions remain unverified.

Images purporting to show Barcelona’s kit designs for the 2026/27 season have surfaced online, offering an early preview of the club’s visual identity before the current campaign has concluded. The leaked material suggests a collection of four shirts that attempt to balance the club’s historic traditions with more experimental design elements, generating significant discussion among supporters despite the lack of official confirmation from the institution.
The most notable shift appears in the proposed home shirt, which reportedly abandons the classic vertical stripes in favour of a modernised interpretation of the club’s colours. Instead of distinct bands, the design is said to feature a layered effect blending several shades of blue and red, creating a more dynamic and contemporary aesthetic than previous editions.
The away kit is reported to continue the partnership with Nike’s Mamba Collection, maintaining a tribute to the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant. This design is described as visually aggressive, utilising a dark purple and black base accented with metallic gold details. The gradient effect and iridescent finishing on the logos and sponsorship elements have drawn comparisons to special-edition Los Angeles Lakers jerseys.
Barcelona’s third kit is said to introduce mint green tones, a colour that has previously been well received by the fanbase. The design combines these lighter shades with darker green details and subtle blue touches around the collar, presenting a cleaner appearance compared to the more intense colour schemes of the home and away shirts.
A fourth special-edition shirt is expected to honour Sant Jordi, the patron saint of Catalonia. Reportedly set to launch later in the season, this kit is described as combining light beige tones with navy blue and maroon detailing, featuring the red Sant Jordi cross on the chest as the central motif. The source material repeatedly uses qualifiers such as "rumoured" and "leaked," indicating these designs are not yet final production versions.
