LaMelo Ball made his first official appearance for the Minnesota Timberwolves in a preseason road game against the Milwaukee Bucks, beginning work on a new partnership with centre Rudy Gobert.

A Yahoo Sports report said the pair are building their connection through lob plays. Gobert described the drill: “Give it to me, come up, hit, and roll again.”

The report provides no score or individual statistics from the preseason game, and offers no independent measure of how well the pair’s chemistry is developing.
