This new capability supplements the existing Adaptive EQ tool, which currently functions by automatically adjusting tuning to maintain consistent audio quality across different listening environments.
The announcement was made during Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 8, 2026, where the company unveiled its “Class of ’27” operating systems.
