ETL Global adds Fideco Global Business Services in Mauritius
Network expansion marks next phase of long-standing partnership in the Indian Ocean hub

ETL Global has formally added Fideco Global Business Services to its international network, establishing a dedicated point of contact in Mauritius. The move elevates the relationship between the two firms from a collaborative partnership to full network membership, signalling a deeper integration of services for clients operating in the Indian Ocean region.

The inclusion follows a long-term association between the entities, which previously operated through the partner organisation Premier International Associates. According to a statement from ETL Global, the formalisation of this relationship marks the next chapter in an enduring partnership, providing a structured local entry point for the jurisdiction.

Fideco Global Business Services, established in 1993 by Ismael Bahemia, offers a suite of global business and corporate administration services. Under the current leadership of Hasina Bahemia, the firm supports international clients with company formation, trusteeship, accounting, and tax advice. Its operational scope also extends to Freeport entities, property investment schemes, expatriate permits, and outsourced business functions.

ETL Global stated that Fideco’s role as the local contact point is expected to assist clients in accessing local knowledge when entering the market and managing activities within Mauritius. The network confirmed the development via a LinkedIn post, where Fideco expressed delight at joining the network and highlighted its intention to strengthen collaboration across the broader ETL Global structure.

This expansion in Mauritius follows another recent addition to the ETL Global network, which saw the inclusion of ETL H&P Thüringen in central Germany. The announcement was originally published by International Accounting Bulletin, a brand owned by GlobalData.
