Endeavor Catalyst closes $320 million fund for global founders
The fifth fund brings Endeavor Catalyst’s assets under management above $850 million, with about 90% of planned investments outside the US.

Endeavor Catalyst has closed its fifth fund with $320 million in capital commitments, expanding its capacity to back companies founded outside major technology hubs. The venture arm of nonprofit Endeavor says the raise lifts its assets under management to more than $850 million.
The fund plans to invest in up to 150 companies, with about 90% of investments expected to be outside the US. Endeavor Catalyst says it typically joins rounds led by another institutional investor when a company raises at least $5 million.
Endeavor co-founder Linda Rottenberg said half of the fund’s profits go to Endeavor, which supports entrepreneurs. That arrangement directs a share of investment gains to the nonprofit; it does not represent a share of the fund’s capital.
Across its five funds, Endeavor Catalyst says it has backed 437 companies in 44 markets. The firm did not disclose cash-on-cash returns for its earlier funds.
The latest fund has 400 limited partners, according to the report, with roughly 30% identified as Endeavor founders. Endeavor Catalyst’s investment plans and portfolio figures are based on statements by the firm and its representatives.
